Residents
Fill out the form below. Once submitted, you will use your Receipt # from this request to make an online payment. A Case Number will be assigned upon receipt of payment. Then an officer will be dispatched to your residence for the VIN check. Fee: $3 per vehicle + $1 (online payment process) for online service. Once submitted you will get a link to connect to the AllPaid Portal. You will need this receipt number to make an online payment.

You can come to the Police Department located in the Justice Center (186 Surina Way, Greenwood IN 46143) to make payment, get a case number and inspection. Fee: $3 per vehicle (cash, credit card or money order).
